On the site - FindingtheFew.org, I emphasize being spiritually attuned to the message of the Bible, a worldview that corresponds to that message, and the necessary responsibilities we have as dedicated followers of Christ. I believe this message (centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ) should be the main focal point of our lives.

Additionally, however, I have enjoyed physical fitness regimes in various forms and environments my whole life. There are great benefits to pursuing physical fitness like there are in pursuing spiritual fitness. Seeing some striking parallels in pursuing both, and understanding the relational aspect of both, are what led me to getting certified as a personal trainer in 2019 through the American Council on Exercise.

These two ideas merge together naturally in 1 Timothy 4:7-8...

Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives’ tales. Instead, train yourself to be godly. “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” (NLT)

Helping people toward the benefits of physical and spiritual health is what motivates me for theFew Fitness. I would enjoy guiding you to a greater level of physical fitness.  No matter where you may be positioned presently, progress can be achieved and it would be my privilege to help you along the way.

Having a Personal Fitness Trainer does not have to be expensive! I am not doing this to make a lot of money. My missionary/ministry career continues to be the primary source of my funding, but as another opportunity to help people I enjoy providing fitness training as well. As a result, I have established various plans and options with affordable pricing for fitness training purposes. These include private sessions where I can come to you for training, or private sessions where you can come to me for training using my equipment. Group sessions or individual sessions are possible and several payment plans exist accordingly.

  • Sessions generally are 1 hour or less in duration.
  • Price plans range from $7.50 per person for group training (minimum of two people), to $25.00 per one session for in your home training.
  • There are many options in between including prepaid 4-8 session plans.  The longer the plan, the cheaper the per session charge.
