•  Our goal is to intentionally seek individuals who are committed to the cause of Christ.

• As church and training program we will inform and educate global needs to instill vision and burden for the unreached, unengaged, and lesser reached people groups of the world.

• We will communicate the global responsibility to make disciples of Christ and recruit laborers for the harvest.

• Believing that a burden alone is not enough, we will challenge the need for well trained, well informed individuals.  We will challenge that all believers need to be aware of the issues and missionary candidates need exposed to missiological trends and a good methodology for practice.
